Subject: New Members attending General Meetings

Approved: Executive Meeting January 16, 2006

All new members, Regular and Spousal/Associates and Associates will now be required to attend the General Meeting next scheduled after the date of their application for membership in the Wing.

Sponsors of Spousal/Associates and Associate Members will be required to accompany them to the General Meeting next scheduled after the date of the sponsorship of the new member. When the application of the new member has been approved, he/she will receive a temporary card that is good for 60 days only. At the General Meeting, the new member will receive their new card, their joining package with information included ad they will be introduced/initiated into the Wing.
