Subject: Cognitively Impaired

Approved: Executive Meeting August 15, 2005

For individuals who have become cognitively impaired and for this reason are unable to renew their Wing Membership, the following policy will apply:

Individuals who have been members of the 888 wing for ten (10) or more years, upon their   death and if so desired by their family, a Remembrance Service may be held at the Wing.

The Membership Chairperson shall maintain a confidential list of such members/former members.
