For reserved special function ticket sales, the reservation list will be posted in the foyer four (4) weeks prior to the event for members and their guest to reserve event tickets. Reserved tickets may be paid for commencing at 11:30 hours two weeks prior to the event.
All pub grub ticket sales will take place at 11:30 hours.
Members are limited to purchase of only two (2) tickets each per function unless otherwise indicated by the entertainment advertisement for that function.
All ticket sales will be as indicated on the advertisement for the event.
Tickets for pub grub and steak night will go on sale the Friday prior to the event. These will be on a “first come first serve basis”.
Special function ticket sales and seating plan purchasing their tickets may pick up tickets for other members on the reservation list provided they pay for them and put their name on the seating plan. The entertainment committee will provide a representative to conduct the sales and seating.
Members in possession of tickets and who cannot attend the function are responsible for selling their own tickets. No refunds are available. The member should contact the first person on the waiting list. The new ticket holder should assume the previous ticket holder’s seating preference.
Any tickets returned can be sold at the bar only if all the other tickets have been sold.
