The Main Lounge and Kitchen areas of the Wing may be RENTED to members or private groups upon compliance with the following:
Any member in good standing of the Wing may sign in non-member guests visiting the Wing not to exceed 50% of the Wing Membership
The member may rent the Main Lounge, or the Main Lounge and kitchen, on behalf of themselves or a group, subject to availability.
The member who is renting the lounge or the Wing Kitchen and Lounge will be required to sign a rental agreement and abide by the conditions and fees laid down in the agreement.
A damage deposit may be required and it will be refunded after the event, if there has been no damage to or loss of Wing property.
If table skirting, tablecloths or cloth napkins are used, the user shall reimburse the Wing for their use. This charge is to cover the cost of cleaning and for wear and tear.
The sole responsibility of the main lounge and kitchen bookings shall be in the hands of the Wing Manager in co-operation with the Entertainment Chairperson.
When the Wing is contracted to accommodate private functions in the evening, and the member who is renting has indicated on the application that their rental is for a closed private function, the wing is to be cleared by 1800 hours.
