POLICY NUMBER 888-06

888 Wing Representatives at Pacific Group Board of Directors Meeting, Pacific Group AGM and National AGM

Approved: Executive Meeting January 28, 2002

The Wing Executive Council shall decide who will attend the above meetings as 888 Wing delegates. The WEC shall also decide what funding will be made available to these delegates. These decisions shall be made in sufficient time for the named delegates to make the necessary arrangements.

Factors to be considered by the WEC in making these decisions are:

• Is it in the best interest of the Wing to be represented at the meeting being considered?

• Are there items that will probably be on the agenda in which this Wing has an interest?

• Is the potential gain to the Wing sufficient to warrant the required funding?

• The possibility of providing limited funding to those members who wish to attend on their own may be considered. This could be the registration fee or part thereof.

This policy replaces Policy Number 888-06 dated June 28, 1995 and Policy Number 888-22 dated July 30, 2001.
