Mexican Night

Another gala night at the Wing as we enjoyed "Mexican Night" complete with the Luzna Orchestra. Members of the Entertainment Committee did a great job with the decorations; Wanda Steck did the flower arrangements and Jean Clarke made all the tablecloths and napkins...lots of work by lots of people!!! The menu featuring a wide variety of tasty Mexican dishes was prepared by Jean and John Clarke ably assisted by Jean Hnatiuk, Jim Scott, Gussy Prichard and Wanda Steck.
