WESTERN NIGHT was a great success! The roast beef was done to perfection, and the rest of the meal was pretty darned good too!!! Our cooking crew was Jean Hnatiuk, Wanda Steck, Irene Hilchey, Don Hogan, Jim Scott and Dave Hambly. Our friendly barkeeps for the evening were Wayne Steck and Ron Peacock - to all of you a HUGE thankyou!!! The Wing was well-decorated with hay bales, saddles and other western gear. Tracy Lochmanetz is the gal responsible for this and we really appreciate it! Rick Benn was a great entertainer and hopefully he will be back again in the near future!!!
