What an excellent evening!!! 

The Wing looked wonderful and Barb Taylor's delicate centrepieces - in teacups! - were beautiful!

Roger Millette, our "chef extraordinaire", was ably assisted by wife Susan, along with Gordon & DonnaMae Ireland, Rhoda Metcalf and Peter Edwards.  Their menu included tasty appetizers followed by Coquille St. Jacques, Spinach Strawberry Salad, Phyllo wrapped Salmon, Bacon wrapped Filet and asparagus followed by a decadent dessert!!!  Needless to say, many hours were spent in the kitchen!!! 

We were fortunate to have the "Desert Diamond Line Dancers" - Diane, Linda, Paula, Barb, Katie and Loretta - as our servers and they did a superb job in catering to our needs!

Also "catering to our needs" were our barkeeps Jim Scott and Wayne Steck.  All tips were donated to St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation to support Cancer Care for Children.  Music by "Velvet Swing" kept everyone on their toes…either dancing or just tapping their feet~

To everybody involved…a huge round of applause!!!
